Your Orders

When you land on our website here are the steps you can follow.

  • Select all the products you need and add it to your shopping cart
  • Hit the cart icon on the right-hand corner of the page, where you can see all the items in your cart
  • Select “Proceed to Checkout”. This will lead you to the page with multiple payment options for you
  • select your preferred payment method.
  • Put in your payment details and complete your order.

  • We’re sorry but you cannot edit your order after you’ve placed it

  • We usually initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days after cancellation of the order. We will keep you informed via email on the refund status. The refund to your bank or credit card account depends on your bank’s processing time.

  • Don’t worry. We all forget at times. On your Login page click on Forgot Password. You’ll be led to a page where you can type in your email address or mobile number registered with Loggerhead.
  • We'll send you an OTP, after entering it you can reset your password and login with the same.

  • All our Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. We use Razorpay as our payment gateway, which is trusted payment gateway by many. So, you can be rest assured about the mode of payment you choose.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • To maintain strict hygiene of our products, we do not accept returns of Vests, Briefs, Trunks, Bras, Panties, or any other product falling under the innerwear category.

  • I have worn the garment at home for a day. Can I return it?

Payments

  • Cards - You can pay using your Debit, Credit Cards and Net Banking.
  • COD - You can also pay cash on delivery. However, you will be charged a convenience fee for this option

  • You have to choose the Cash on Delivery option on the Payment page. Once you have placed your order we will call, email or send an SMS to confirm your order. You can pay by cash to the delivery agent.

Shipping & Delivery

  • No, we don’t ship outside India.

  • We offer free nationwide shipping on all orders of Rs.1000 and above.
  • We charge a nominal shipping charge of Rs.20 on all local pin codes, Rs. 40 on zonal pin codes, Rs. 60 on national pin code, and Rs. 100 on Hard to reach areas.
  • We give a 5% off on the order on making an online payment

  • No, you cannot change the shipping address once you’ve placed your orders
